Was on the MLS through my agent. Title work did not reveal anything. A bit worried as you can tell. We are not capable of a 20k loss at this point.

Hello.  I recently bought a duplex.  Today I received a codes violation stating the lower units kitchen was not permitted.  I looked online and see the violation and also think the property is not actually zoned duplex yet.  

Anyone have any words of advice.  I know this will hurt bad.

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Suwanee.

Purchase price: $118,000
Sale price: $118,000

First rental we turned into investment when moved. Have rented the property for 10 years successfully.
