@Karin Crompton - Hey neighbor! Yes, most likely I am interested in staying in the New London county area. Since I am working in New London, this would probably make the most sense to me.

I will be sure to reach out to Mat to get details on the meetups. When is the next one scheduled?

Everyone, thanks for the responses and welcome to the community.

I found some of the podcasts and am absorbing info as we speak!

@Jonathan Makovsky , I am living Waterford, CT in New London County. I would like to find a local real estate advice group to become active in. Do you have any knowledge of this area?

Hello all,

I am a new transplant to the Connecticut area after moving from college. I have been working here for almost 8 months, and am looking at moving from an expensive apartment to a multifamily property as an owner-occupier.

I do not know much about the investing strategy of real estate, or even if there is anything in this area in the "buyers market" that I would feel comfortable purchasing.

Please feel free to give me any advice, and I look foreword to learning something as a member here.

  1. Thanks,
  2. -John
