I just closed on two properties in Utah this week, if the numbers make sense, after a short term disruption they’ll make sense again. Just be sure to have extra reserves to carry you through the tough times long-term investors I would continue to move forward. Just be flexible

The property Nextdoor goes down the center of my subject property and another is in the drive way. It’s like 4 property maps over one another. A real mess but the $2k is fair price I check with 3 companies 

I'm in escrow on multi-unit property in Utah and title wants an exception on their title policy for correct property lines because they property lines overlap and they don't know what they should be. I asked them to look as far back as they can to find when the error occurred but they have to do more research on it. I have two title company's working on this. I might have to pay $2,000 for a surveyor to see if he can get it corrected. Anyone have this issue? suggestions?

If you evicted and your city goes on lock down, that means no showings or moving in or out. I'm working with all tenants to repay. Assumption is good tenats prior and pay on time.

I’m in escrow to purchase a property in Utah and the title company has come back with a subject property plot map that shows the three surrounding neighbors all have property lines that overlay with the subject property.  the title company has said this is been this way for 30years and they haven’t been able to research how far it goes back.  All property owners have just moved forward with no concern of the map and nobody really knowing where the property lines are the title company said I could have a survey done of the entire block and then renegotiate with other property owners if Need be or I would Just have to except it and continue and close escrow as has been done for multiple decades now is anyone have any experience recommendations the title company will put an exclusion to the title insurance based on the property lines.
