Hello All,

I am very excited and honestly, a bit intimidated to be joining the BiggerPockets community. It truly is a real estate fire hose of information and resources here. Please don't misunderstand, I am very grateful to the site and all the generous people here. Just trying to get my bearings.

I am new to real estate and interested to figure out where to start. My particular interest is in using real estate to generate passive income. As I learn more i am sure that will expand to many other areas.

To be clear, I just started taking an online class in order to get my Oregon brokers license, just days before I found out about BP. Along with getting my brokers license BP seems like such a valuable resource that I joined as a PRO member after checking the site and community out.

I live on the beautiful north Oregon coast with my girl friend in a little town called Wheeler. Our house has a great view of the Nehalem bay, Neahkahnie Mountain and the Pacific.

I would like to get started with some properties here but I am also looking into "Turn Key" in or out of state as well.

I have a call scheduled with Clayton Morris (a guest on BP Podcast 151) regarding his turn key business. If anyone has any experience and advice doing business with Clayton or any other turn keys I would very much appreciate hearing from you.

Thank you in advance for your responses. In time I hope to be as helpful a member of this community as I am already seeing from others.
