86K for a Fourplex is definitely a D area.  @James Wise has a great post with a graded map of Cleveland.  Check out "The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods".

I am a new investor looking for investor friendly realtors in the Palmdale, CA area. Anybody have any recommendations? I have enjoyed reading the posts here at Bigger Pockets and figured this is the best place to start looking.
