Hello Brandon,

Thank you,

I agree with you, it's good to think wide. Some developing countries have great human resources with purchasing power to tap. As in one of the comments, apart from geographic location of these lands, other social factors can determine the growth of real estate to mention, literacy leves ,GDP , urbanization, government policy, political stability and the like. Like I have seen in my country the youth are willing to spend their money on buying property than the older generation because they're more educated. There is ever growing potential in these countries.

Hello Bhekizwe,

Yes sir, you are very right, the investment opportunities here in the real estate sector are numerous and not fully exploited. An investor only needs to understand the market dynamics in this area and exploit the existing potential. From my experience, there's a very high demand for affordable housing for the middle class. You find that most investors have not been able to bridge this gap. The high cost of loans and mortgage as well prevents the middle class from owning homes. This is the gap any serious investor should address in Kenya and other African countries.

Kenya is one of the best destinations in Africa with low cost of living. Kenya has moderate tropical climate from the highlands to the beaches all the year round. Kenya has flexible policy for property ownership. There are many affordable investment opportunities in high yield private commercial and residential properties. This includes beach and inland tourist hotels and villas ,tea and coffee estates, wildlife ranches, maisonettes and many more. Kenya has a diversity of culture and friendly populace and it's known for its hospitality.
