I am listening the audiobook but I cannot find the link to follow along. Does anyone have the link for pdfs so I can follow along?

@Karen F. Do you think there will be a break for landlords on taxes, water, pollution and other utilities paid by the landlord? I don’t understand how CT can ask the landlords to basically take care of the tenants when the bills don’t stop on our end. When courts open back up they will be so backed up it will take months and months to evict.

@Daniel Kent what’s on the other side of the house just grass? They can run the service to the meter in the front and your plumber can either trench the gas line under ground to the back where you want it or run it upstairs to the attic and back down and use liter (fake gutter) to hide the line.

Any recommendations for an investor friendly CPA to do some tax planning with. Fairfield county Connecticut. Thanks!

@ Brett Snodgrass great podcast! I agree with the double close and would love to do that. But how do buy 25 deals a month that takes a lot of cash.. are you using private money or just getting it at such a deep discount hard money works for you?

Hey what's up Perry.. what areas specific you looking to flip and what kind of houses 3/2 2/1 MF? My farm is Bridgeport, Fairfield and trumbull and there's a lot of competition especially in bpt. What range you looking for $$ wise? Inbox me I mainly look to flip as well but if something doesn't fit my criteria i could def send it your way.

If your flip is going to be done in the summer it is going to show well to walk in to a nice cool house which will reduce your DOM. I would analyze the other comps to see if central air is demanded with your price point. If you use a company you're going to pay double that price at the least. The only problem is with side work if you have a thorough buyer they will like to see permits pulled and they want warrantees on brand-new installs.
