I don't have a deal yet. But I would like to have a relationship with a GC before purchasing a property, to help advise on costs of any particular rehab. 

I'm new to the real estate investing world. I am in search of a team to start flipping houses. Right now I'm looking for recommendations for a general contractor in the Frontage area.( Fort Collins, Denver, Colorado Springs, Pueblo).
