my question is if a real estate agent buys a property for themselves can they waive their commission? Thanks

I would, to register an llc is only $110 and you will receive the documents in a week. It was a very easy task. Hope that helps

I've used joe wright with the wright group. Very good work and I don't think there's anything they can't do. They are very by the book and professional.

I appreciate it Christopher, it's actually my partner who owns the home remodeling business. I'm a physical therapist so I don't know about the remodeling business. Sounds like a good place to work. John
