Brian Wheeler I'm not saying need a down payment I'm saying I don't know the process of wholesaling a house. And what happens IF you can not find a buyer for the house when it's under contract?

Ok so it sounds to me like this would be more used more for multi family rather that on single family? Or does it cross over ?
