Hello Everyone,

             I have always wanted to learn how to buy and sell real estate. My wife and I have renters for the last 7 years, but now we would like to find a multi family of our own to buy. We plan to live in one unit and rent the other. I would really appreciate any advice anyone is willing to give! Thanks everyone, I'm looking forward to becoming an active member in this community.
