Hey everyone, I have been reading through Biggerpockets for about a month now and figured it was time to introduce myself. My name is John and I currently own a business in the East Bay. I'm seriously thinking about investing into real estate using mostly rentals/BRRRR as my investment strategies. I'd like to eventually invest in more rent friendly states but I would prefer to make my first deal in California if possible. As someone who is new to the real estate industry I am very interested in linking up with more experienced investors to learn more about the industry. Are there any other real estate investors on here located in the Bay Area? I'm excited about this new business venture and I am eager to make meaningful connections with other professionals.
