We bought a park in the Wichita Ks. area 3 years ago, 24 lots, 13 occupied, we now have 19 occupied of which 9 are park owned homes, everything is running great and the cash flow is good. I know through all of my research that park owned homes are not recommended but it seems like that is the only way to fill lots, we would like to do more rent to own but we are not sure where to find a legal Kansas rent to own contract. Anyone have any suggestions? Chuck

That was a option at one time but in this area there is a shortage of homes!

Hello I own a small mobile home court (24 lots) am looking for some advice on how to fill 7 empty lots. I already own 5 homes and rent them 11 lots are rented . The five home I own are cash flowing 175 mos. each I just hate to keep borrowing money to buy more rentals. Thanks Chuck

Hello I own a small mobile home court (24 lots) am looking for some advice on how to fill 7 empty lots. I already own 5 homes and rent them 11 lots are rented . The five home I own are cash flowing 125 mos. each I just hate to keep borrowing money to buy more rentals. Thanks Chuck
