Hey everyone!  I'm John, a graduate of the University of Maryland and looking to start my real estate investing career.  I am currently working for a Big Four accounting firm in Northern Virginia while living in DC.  I know the DC market is a tough nut to crack, but I want to give it a shot by targeting college rental properties to buy and hold for cash flow.  I'd love to connect with anyone working to do something similar!
