Hi Neil - Just came across this meetup and wanted to be sure I could attend? I am a new to the RE world and would love to learn more about your Airbnb + AIrtable topics.

They may not be in the house anymore... is it still worth sending a letter do you think?

I'm sort of just determined to solve this mystery now, ha!

Great find - If that new address is within a reasonable driving distance, I would knock on their door. Otherwise sending a letter or two would definitely be the ideal next best steps.

Seeing that their property is potentially going to be foreclosed upon - you might be able to make an offer on the vacant lot and in exchange your offer affords them the capital to keep them in their own home. Seems like a win-win. Keep us updated and best of luck!

If the mortgage was still active, maybe you could reach out to the lender of record?
