I'm looking to compare some Mortgage brokers in the PA/NJ markets. References please.

I'm hoping to gain some wisdom from an investor who might know the Bucks and Montgomery county areas. I'm seeing a few small multifamily deals, however I need to get a better idea about potential rent as well as after repair value.

I'd like some suggestions for a great CPA in the South Eastern PA market. (Preferably near southern Bucks County) As always, they must have extensive knowledge when it comes to real estate! Additionally, extra points given for those who can give 3 great investor references!

Hi Folks,

I'm in need of a driven realtor that knows the south east PA markets and knows how to hustle. (Bucks, Montgomery, Chester counties etc.) ((possibly Philadelphia soon))

Bonus points for references of other investors, as well as a strong knowledge of the foreclosure process.

The plan is to begin with multifamily and single family properties and eventually move up from there. I want someone I can work with for the next 30 years+
