Did the seller hold a note or did you come with a lender?

Reason I'm asking is I have questions for you with both ways as to how you did 100 percent financed. TIA

Thank you for replying Nicholas, I absolutely think we can work together in some fashion. I just finished taking a drone shot and made a flyer for an Industrial listing I got in San Bernardino in case you would like to learn anything. 

I'm also working on a residential multifamily lead that we can collaborate on. I will be sending a connection request!
