Hi all,

I'm new to RE investing but a pro for many years in Kitchen Design. Wholesale Kitchen Cabinets and installation. For many years we have done jobs for investors and would like to get in the game myself. I know how to fix a home but looking for information in finding and evaluating a possible investment or flip. Any advice or first steps we should take?

I have done many Kitchen Designs and Kitchen cabinet installations over the years for myself and customers. Just don't go too cheap on the cabinets because in a rental they get more abuse than in a private home. The style and color (stay neutral) are up to you but don't skimp on quality.
