Hi Tyler. Ideally, I am looking for multi family properties that the seller will finance. However, I am now getting into rehabbing and either flipping or holding depending on the deal. Theo, I own properties in St Bernard, Hartwell and Madeira. 2016 is going to be a big year!!!! What are your specialities? I need to find a consistent financing source that will do NOO loans. Any suggestions?
