@Faozat Ogunremi Those are direct questions for the agent you used to buy with. A few of those items like closing costs were probably in your offer letter.

Don't fret over it too much, you can always switch the name with a DBA (doing business as)

Keep tight books and detail what expenses are business-related. S-corp and other common tax strategies aren't going to be relevant until your income is a bit higher. Beware you're looking at self-employed tax +federal and state income tax

The biggest do is to come to and understanding on goals, exit strategies, and possible issues. Then put that in writing Might help to talk to a lawyer, I know one if you want a referral. 

Are you looking at buying something with an owner occupied or investment loan?

Definitely California. The state tax laws are a lot more work than almost any other state. Then they can file a nonresident return for GA.

Are you working with an agent or broker? Sounds like a question for one of them after the get to know you and your goals a little.

Interview a few. Go with one that understands what you want and can relate with you. Then you could also have another look over the tax returns when they're done to look for obvious and material mistakes. 

I personally don't think you'll need multiple since there are S-corps and real estate. 

Likely need multiple is S and C or if they were of very difference sizes.
