Brandon Turner Your other website actually got me really interested in Real Estate! I got a couple people addicted to it at work too and now on to here haha. I have read both of those and J Scotts "Book on Flipping Houses" as well, which is an awesome read btw. Can't wait to get started on my next project. My parents just helped me finish painting, installing carpet, and new appliances in my townhouse. Looks like a model home! lol Thank you for what you have posted so far around the site!

Aaron Yates haha its cool I get that all the time. Glad to see you are thinking about investing in Florida as well. The market in Tampa seems prime for renting right now and I hope to get a couple of multi-family properties in the next couple years. Thank you and good luck to you as well!

I have been reading up on BiggerPockets for a couple months now and finally decided to make a profile since I bought my first townhouse at 22. I have lived in this area all of my life and can really say I have watched the market for a while. I currently go to USF for Business finance and am working 40 hours a week on top at a Mortgage Servicing company. Next year after I graduate, I hope to buy a second property to start my real estate investing career and hopefully become one of the big fish while I move up within my company. This website is very helpful and I hope I can use the wealth of knowledge to my advantage in the future.

That sounds about right. I was in the process of purchasing my first FHA but ultimately switched to a Homepath loan.The FHA figures following were at $115k. The taxes are $134, MIP at $127, and my HOA covers my property insurance at $215. Total payment would have been $983 after the PI. Hope this helps!
