Hey Guys! My family and I have taken the leap to move to Louisburg, NC! I posted a while back asking if it was worth it or not and after BP community responses, research and friends that live in the surrounding area we finally did it. We are very excited for the next chapter in life down here.

Since we are finally down here I would love to connect with all practices in this community. Are there any REI meetup events soon?

My main strategy that I will be focusing on is fix n flip but also open to any opportunity that is presented.

Big things are ahead!

With prices the way they are going, I feel people have no choice but to look to those ignored markets. Location is key but if you cant afford the location, where else are you supposed to go? I've been saying this for a while that I feel bad for the individuals who are just trying to get a piece of the pie(first time homebuyer).

On the other hand, this could be a good thing for those ignored areas. Bring in some capital and get the rejuvenation its been needing for some time.

Hey guys! John here from NJ. My family is planning on moving to Franklin County area (preferably Franklinton/Louisburg) in the coming months. This is a big move for us since it's our first out of state. We love NJ but it's time to go, this state is expensive with tons of competition. I will be transferring my RE license to NC and would love to connect with all professions in our great community. Also, would love to know where the REI meetups are. So, I've been reading and hearing about the market and future growth of NC. I don't even live there yet and I feel there's tons of opportunities. Am I wrong? also, how is everyone doing with fix-n-flipping in the areas mentioned above? Any other areas you suggest?
