Anyone having success doing mid term rentals? Would like to learn more. I am looking into renting to listing on Airbnb and furnish finder for my mid term rental since Honolulu is not really short term rental friendly outside of the tourist areas.

Would like to hear others experience doing mid term rentals in Oahu.

Thank you all for these feedback.

what other factors should I consider for comparing rent? I like that bucket idea.

What I’m getting so far as the biggest pain point is finding motivated sellers…

I have some ideas on how to analyze tons of diff data sources and use AI to identify motivated sellers

What is everyone using to check how much average rent is in the area? I’ve been using rentometer and it doesn’t look accurate at times.

I would find the county listing. I usually check the classified posting in the online news paper.

I'm excited to announce that I'm collecting data to validate my assumptions regarding the real estate investing app that I am building. I'm hoping to get feedback from real estate professionals and investors on the app's features and functionality.

The goal of this survey is to ensure that the app we are building meets the needs of real estate professionals and investors. I want to know what features are most important to them, and what features they would like to see added in the future.

I'm also interested in getting feedback on the app's usability and design. I want to make sure that the app is easy to use and navigate.

If you're a real estate professional or investor, I would really appreciate your feedback on the survey. The survey is only 10 questions long, and it should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

You can access the survey here: https://forms.gle/QRAgxuYAEYiWacZA9

Thank you for your time and consideration!

Quote from @Nicholas L.:

Yep - I get a lot out of Propstream

Are there others features you wished it hand though? Is the monthly cost worth it for the features provided?

I am trying to understand if there’s a market for another app that would fill the void lacking in propstream or propwire?

What do you guys think about propstream or propwire? Does it help make it thing easy?
