Are Tiny Homes/Mobile homes subject to a 5 year depreciation schedule (personal property) from a depreciation perspective, or should they go over a 27.5 year schedule?

I have  a question, are Tiny Homes completely 5 year assets in a Cost Segregation Study? Please help.

I have read all the replies on this thread, and still beleive that a clear answer on the land value being 0 on some mobile park homes has not being received. @Yonah Weiss gave us a very good link for an article on how to calculate the improvement ratio, but what happens if the property owner says that the land value is 0 and insists on that. Can he really take the purchase price as the improvement basis, or is it mandatory to have even a small portion allocated to land value? There are many interpretations on this matter, but not a clear guidance. 

On the same matter, I have a question regarding condos and single apartments on a large building. What happens when you just own an appartment of many and your land value appears as 0 on the county assesment information? There are many cases in which you only have that single unit. People sometimes argue that you only own a portion of "air" and not the land itself. What would the correct way to cost seg those properties be?
