I'm considering purchasing some properties in Southeast Florida over the next couple of years.

Would anyone care to share some rules of thumb or general advice about vacation rental properties?

Hey, now that I have this attachment thing going, here is a copy of the data you can get. I have done a little graph work for a few of the cities.

I'd like to do a graph for Miami. I went to the CME link that you posted but I can't figure out where you got the data. Can you give a few more details?

Thanks!

John
