Post: 4 plex hot water heater

I have a 4 plex with 2 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom and a studio. I am also adding 1-2 coin washer and dryers shortly. The single 50 gallon hot water heater is about to go out and need replaced. My question is will 2 50 gallon 40,000 BTU’s in series be enough for all that or should I go to 50,000 btu’s in series?

Thanks.

We just bought a 4 plex. We are renovating 3 of the units currently and now making it a non smoking building. We have 1 tenant that is under contract before we bought it and she smokes heavily inside her unit. Do we have any legal right to tell her that the building is non smoking and her lease will be void if caught or can we only do that if her lease has something in it abut smoking?

Thank you David. I did find this earlier but it states it’s an additional $99. I was under the impression that the PRO membership got me these documents included.

Hello, I am new to being a landlord. We are under contract for our first 4 unit. We are PRO members and I am having trouble finding the KY forms that are prepared by a lawyer yearly. Can anyone let me know where to find these in BP web page. Also if you have a KY lease agreement that you are happy with would anyone be willing to share it with me?

Thanks
