Decembers UCAIG mixer will be at the the Tap & Mallet on Gregory St. The plan is to have future events at different craft breweries in Rochester. The primary purpose of this event is to facilitate networking of likeminded individuals in pursuit of investing in multifamily real estate deals.

Whether you are an apartment owner, passive investor looking for greater returns, a syndicator looking for capital or a potential partner such as a commercial broker, property manager, mortgage broker we would love to have to come check out this group.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we ended up getting more people showing up to our meetup then the room we had would hold and the larger space that was needed wasn’t available until Thursday.  I didn’t receive any reply’s on BP and I thought there wasn’t much interest coming from it
