Hey BG Community,

I am an investor who has spent most of my time in buy-and-hold porperties in Oakville.  I'm super-happy with the results, but have to move on to another market that is more affordable and offers more cash flow.  I'm considering Grimsby ... does anyone have any experience there?  Any neighbourhoods that I should consider?  Good agents, Prop managers, and contractors?  Any help or advice would really be appreciated.  Thanks.

Hello Bigger Pockets Community. All I can say is - "Wow!"

I bumped into this podcast when searching for good quality real estate investing podcasts totally by accident. After 3 podcasts and an hour of surfing biggerpockets.comi am overwhelmed by all of the great content and sheer breadth of community members. Absolutely astounding!

I am an investor with joint venture partners that focus tightly in South Oakville properties (mostly bungalows) to rent. I've been investing for 6 years and have 4 houses. These investments have truly been a blessing - much success so far, of course not without the challenges! But by far the best decision I could have ever made.  

Many of you may know that acquiring cash flow positive properties in South Oakville is almost impossible at this time, so I'm gathering information to formalize my new 5 year plan and strategy. Always looking for feedback and ideas from you all.
