Look at the top of this page and click on the education tab, read, listen, watch every thing there. Learn as much as you can about each strategy. 

I would talk with either a CPA, or an attorney in the state that you are doing business. Also would talk with an insurance agent about both. You may be able to find all of the above at a local REI Club or try a search of this site. Hope that this helps.

Start close to where you live or and area you are familiar with. Then branch out, learning all you can about other areas. But that is just my opinion.
