What trends are local real estate investors in the Greater Nashville area currently seeing or interested in? Single family or multifamily, flips or rentals, new developments in light areas or infill lots? What are you focusing on and what are you looking for?

Hi there,

I am a Nashville native and I have lived right off of Jefferson Street before. Nashville is a very pocketed city when it comes to neighborhood quality especially in relation to crime rates, overall aesthetics or available amenities. The section of Nashville over by Jefferson Street IS a very hit or miss area but the nice thing about it is that it's directly adjacent to some very nicer areas of town like downtown, Germantown, the gulch, etc. It's smack dab in the middle of the city and getting to anywhere in the central Nashville area is a short trip. If you are interested in more data about the area, enter the zip code (37208) into areavibes.com or city-data.com. Hope this helps.

Does anyone know what areas of the greater Nashville MSA have the heaviest concentration of fix and flip single family properties?
