Katee, take the feedback... and thanks for the "tenant" that was poorly vetted and immediately stopped paying and now I have to evict after 1 month... just another in a long line of failures on your part...

You have a very unsatisfied customer that will not work with you ever again.

I bought a property with ReadyREI in Saginaw and they are AWFUL. Do not waste your time with them. They sell to slum lords, do horrible work... Cut corners everywhere... are unresponsive. Do not do repairs to code. Take months to get things done... I found out their repair guy is also their home inspector... so he is checking his own work... it's shady shady shady... run away.
