Congrats on your renewed passion for real estate investing. I hired Bob Rourke from Limina Advisors as a coach & mentor in March 2021. He helped me to avoid the "rookie" mistakes and kept me and my wife organized, pointed and helped us with professional connections. We successfully acquired a 4 unit building in Naperville and have kept him on as more of a life coach at this point.

I was on the fence about coaching but ultimately decided it is far to easy to lose 1,2,5,10 thousand dollars in real estate and the cost of coaching could be justified by helping prevent me from making a costly mistake. Looking back it's been almost a year since we started and I would do it all over again.

@Jonathan Klemm @Landon Hoon These guys host a great REI meetup in the Bucktown neighborhood. Very well organized and they do a great job of encouraging you to network with everybody at the meetup.

My apartment has hot water baseboards and I need a few replacement caps and covers. I thought they would be readily available at any hardware store but I can't find them anywhere. Any tips on where to find these would be greatly appreciated.
