@Russell Brazil Currently live in a home I bought in 2020. Entry is pretty high around here so to start I have been looking near hopkins and loyola. Thanks for the input.

In the current Baltimore City market, would you buy a fixer or a ready to rent property that has proven it can bring positive cash flow?

@Cardell around hopkins/loyola/morgan is where I am looking to buy next. Are you buying a house ready to rent or a fixer?

Hello everyone I am new to the real estate investment scene and would love to connect with likeminded professionals in the Baltimore area. I currently own a row home in Canton and I am looking to add another property to my portfolio in the near future. I have noticed that the Maryland Investors Network group on Facebook has been mentioned a lot on here as a great resource. I attempted to join the group earlier today and was not accepted/blocked. If anyone could help me gain access to that group, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
