@Mark H. Porter. I am looking at the condotel end of things. Seems that from Ocean view to Ocean Front right now are going from the high 60s to 100k with HOA fees from the 300's to 900's. I guess Im wondering if something like that is even worth it. Is it better to use Airbnb for bookings or the in house booking that some of these seem to offer. It appears in some if you do not use the in house booking, not all the amenities are available. Then you have cleaning and maintenance to deal with if you do it on your own. Im not sure where to start. Sorry for the long post I'm just new and trying to get into it. Thanks

@Sara De La Cruz We aren't sure. Especially being 8-10 hours away. I can imagine it is hard to procure a solid cleaning and maintenance crew during these times that are reliable. It would depend if the numbers would make sense.
