There are lots and lots of landlords in my area and surrounding. As a wholesaler is it okay to call these guys up and figure out what types of property their interested in ? Or would I be stepping a little to far into the realtor’s space ?

Getting started Wholesaling, were can I find the best assignment and purchase agreement contracts? Can I just write them up myself ? Doin small simple single family home deals right now nothing major.

Thanks for clearing that up Ron So that would basically be having a purchase agreement between you and the seller and an assignment contract between you and the buyer

How do I present my assignment contract to the seller? I want to make what I'm doing as clear as possible so there is no confusion.

Hey Blaine thanks for the reply, your definitely right deals are hard to find but right now I'm studying the market and trying to pin point the range of what's being bought and sold. Once I figure that out I might have an idea of what would be the best route to take as far as fixing and flipping or rentals etc.. but I def will keep you posted

Anyone with any experience buying and selling houses in these areas ?? I live in Danville looking to invest in Fix and flips and maybe a few buy and holds but I want to know more about the Market there is a lot for sale low prices but how do I find the best deals?? Also looking to connect with people in this area lets learn together !
