Hi everyone my name is Johnathan I'm 28 and I'm currently in the process of saving up for my first home, for the past years I've been soaking up as much knowledge as I can to make purchasing my first home an easier process. does anyone know of any grants that may help pay for closing costs and is there any pros and cons to receiving this grant versus just making the down payment and covering the closing costs. I do plan on using an FHA loan and hopefully making this a successful house hack allowing me to start my real estate journey. If any one could help I would gladly appreciate it very much thank you.
