hello bp. I am currently look for a mentor to help me get started investing in the Rochester area. Don't have much money but willing to put in the time needed, & im handy with general maintainace of a house. Any info you guys could give me is greatly appreciated.

hello I'm from Rochester New York and would like some advice on how to get started wholesaling house in my area.
