hello bp. I am currently look for a mentor to help me get started investing in the Rochester area. Don't have much money but willing to put in the time needed, & im handy with general maintainace of a house. Any info you guys could give me is greatly appreciated.

@Larry Turowski I'm new to the whole real estate biz. I'm a mechanic now but have been doing research to get into real estate and planning on making this move within the next month
