Hey everyone!  I have been on the bigger pockets website for quite some time, but I am finally getting involved.  I am from Wyoming, I live and Andrews, Texas and I am currently actively looking for real estate in Lubbock Texas.

Hey Bigger Pockets community!  I am looking for some help finding a property manager in Lubbock Texas.  Specifically, does anyone know a good property manager who deals with college students.  I am in negotiation on a 3/2 near Tech and would like to look at renting by the room to students.  Thanks in advance!
