I think most of them seriously tapered their buying in 2022. They cut out all but the best locations and were way more cautious. I have seen some offers from Main Street come through, which is one of the biggest hedge fund type buyers.

I've seen offers from Offer Pad and Opendoor in the last few weeks as well.

Every hedge fund is always buying and selling assets. You can find online which larger institutions are buying in a specific area and try and reach out to them. You have a far better chance trying to sell to an individual than targeting hedge funds.
