Hey everyone, my name is John I'm a new an aspiring buy-and-hold  / flipper  in the SoCal area .  I currently live in Hemet  and I plan on my first purchase being  a duplex in the Yucca Valley desert . as a newbie I'm trying to wrap my brain around creative investing as a new BM trying to wrap my brain around creative investing so if there's anyone out there from the area who could maybe throw some advice my way or steer me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it.

  Thanks, John

thanks for the reply Lisa. I'm trying to avoid that route for the simple fact of all the money and time I'd have to invest...being that this us my first venture I have limited resources and am trying to use this method as a stepping stone.

hello every one, my babes is John and live in San Diego.I'm New to the real estate business...a so, I'm interested in buying a parking lot in downtown. I figure it's low maintenance, lie liability with a good return.....the only problem is km having trouble finding such a property. So, if there's any if you out there with experience in the area who wouldn't mind throwing a few pointers my way I'd greatly appreciate it.

  Thanks, John
