What do you put in the contract when hiring a contractor.How do you pay your Contractor?

How often do you need a handyman on your rental property?.Reliable contractor accepting new clients in sw washington.

Our biggest mistake is not having reliable cleaners.we don't have enough units to hire someone full time and most cleaners charge per unit and not per hour.So we are stuck cleaning units which take alot of extra time away from us.

We renovated a outbuilding and turned it into two airbnb units that made us an extra $ 40 000 this year.We learned alot about people this year.Question:We have 13 acres in the country that we would like to devide up and build on in the future.Would you guys take this extra income and start paying towards the pricipal or would you save it and devide the land up and get construction loan to build another short term rental house?

Newbie from Sw Washington.I started my own General construction company to serve investors in the Sw Washington region.

After spending 11yrs in commercial construction ,Me and my wife remodeled a outbuilding on our property in the country and turned it into two airbnb units.It's been so successful and want to expand our portfolio into more rentals.

I love the Idea of multifamily and I'm starting to analyze deals ,I'm looking for a team in Sw Washington area that can help us grow.Investors ,real estate agents,partners etc.

We are so exited to chase this dream.
