I've been conducting research on a few topics and would like your professional opinion on the following:

1. what is the average entry fee per deal when acting as a buyer (expressed as a % of ARV)?

2. what is the average assignment fee per deal when acting as a wholesaler (expressed as a % of ARV)?

3. what is the average ARV for deals flowing through subto?

4. what is the relative need for the different kinds of subto avatars? (do people most often need underwriting, closers, buyers, etc.)
