Hi @Brian Conne, thanks for the feedback! I was able to talk to Jay today. Great guy, unfortunately a few of my deals are set up better for owner financing, which Jay mentioned he is not versed in. Do you know if Larry Libman is versed in seller financing, or any other recommendations in the area?
