@Ruben Vega You should have 7-10 days to schedule your property inspection. Get that completed and review the inspection report and speak with your inspector before you sign off on the final paperwork. And let the agent know that is how you want to handle it.

@Rosario Salamone Nothing wrong with a slab house. Less area for your tenants to store junk and you won’t need to worry about a wet basement.

@Benny Morfas You should buy a turnkey property in a C neighborhood for your first OOS investment. Look into the Cleveland market. Lots of turnkey companies are rehabbing houses and selling at a price that makes sense for you to cashflow.

@Dennis M. 3-4% ?? So you're getting a property for $50k and getting $1500-$2000 a month rent for it? Is this a multi or SFH or both?

@Dewey Golub I went with CITIZENS ACCESS, but there are other similar banks which offer comparable rates for online money market accounts. I did an online search and reviewed each and chose to go with Citizens Access since they had the best rate with no fees.
