Hi all,

I'm a licensed contractor in Knoxville who really enjoys the rehabilitation process for investment property.  I've managed the rehabilitation of 25 foreclosures, REOs, and short sales over the last two years; turning run down houses into high-end rentals for a giant investment firm.

Whether you're about to start a project or trying to decide if a purchase is worth the investment, please contact me and I can provide a prompt itemized estimate for you.

Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from some of you!

Hi everyone!

My name is Joey, I recently joined this fine forum and decided it’s about time I introduce myself.

I joined BiggerPockets in hopes of developing lasting business relationships with local real estate investors of all experience levels… helping them locate properties, analyze deals, perform rehab work, and assist with selling or leasing.

I’ve lived in Knoxville for almost 20 years now and know the area well. I’m a REALTOR®, home improvement contractor (lic. 7994), and I help manage a portfolio of rental property with my real estate partner at Realty Executives Associates. My family has been in real estate and construction for three generations now. I first got licensed in Real Estate in 2006 and recently obtained my contractor license while managing projects for my family’s general contracting company.

Over the last few years, I’ve spent a great deal of time rehabbing investment houses on the construction side of business while helping clients buy/sell homes on the real estate side. Now that I’ve established my own contracting company, I’m seeking to collaborate with responsible investors on local real estate deals.  Hopefully, combining my services can help eliminate a third party and drive costs down for investors while saving some time in the process.

I’m very easy to work, down-to-earth, and always stick to the numbers/facts. Whether it’s a real estate transaction or a rehab job, I always keep my costs as low as possible to help clients maximize their profit and encourage future projects… I’m in it for the long haul.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, relationships of this nature require massive amounts of trust from everyone involved, and building that trust can take time. I’m eager to earn the trust of everyone I work with, so please, don’t hesitate to contact me for showings, free estimates on repairs/improvements, information on specific Knoxville markets, or anything else that you’d like a second opinion on. I will respond promptly and offer any advice I have.

I can help with conventional sales, REO, Foreclosure, Auctions, etc. I'm licensed and insured to contract all work involved in flipping residential property; my family business can handle commercial (I still manage projects for them).

Thank you for your time and best of luck with all your real estate goals!

Joey

Hi Michael, thanks for Posting!

I'm a licensed contractor here in Knoxville, my family has also owned a general contracting company for around 25 years (I manage their residential projects).  Coincidentally, I'm also a REALTOR® and property manager, so I understand the headaches that can arise while leasing out and maintaining property.  Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the property management; it's unfortunate that some "professional" companies don't put much emphasis on keeping their clients happy.

I've personally worked on over 30 rental properties for various clients (individual and corporate) and would be happy to help in any way I can.  Please feel free to contact me anytime, I'm only a short drive from South Knoxville.

Best of luck,

Joey

Christopher,

I'm a licensed contractor in north Knoxville and have quite a bit of experience with rental and investment properties. Also a REALTOR and properry manager.  I'd be happy to get you an estimate; just let me know when is best.

Thanks for posting!

Welcome, Brad!  First deals can be intimidating but you're on the right track doing your homework.  I know the process pretty well, so feel free to ask any questions you might have.  I've been a REALTOR® in Knoxville for several years and helped investors buy foreclosures for rental property.  I'm currently with Realty Executives Associates, where I help manage a portfolio of rentals.  Also, I've helped rehab over 30 properties around Knoxville and Maryville in the past two years... I now have my contractor license.  Hopefully I can answer any questions you have.
