Hello Wayne thanks for the quick reply really appreciate it. That's what I've been planing to do but wasn't sure on what exactly to say to owners in the letters that I was planning on sending out.

Hello Bigger Pockets community new to real estate investing and was interested in starting out with short sales found a program to use to find pre-foreclosures but wanted to get suggestions on best way to going about contacting home owners. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
