I know what wholesaling is. But what i want to know is how to do it. How much money you need to do it? How does it work? Is it a good way to start an investing career? What are your wholesaling stories?

Anyone in the Portland area that would let me shadow them? Help me out when I get my first deal. I want to be a investor at such a young age (20) but I don't want to start until I see how the business plays out. Even if you're not in the Portland area maybe I can ask you questions that I have. I have read a few books but still have so many questions.

I know this may be a stupid question (of course there are no stupid questions) But when i go in to get a loan for my first flip do I just need to get money for the down payment and the repair? Or do i need to get the full amount of cash for the house plus the repair costs? Tell me how it works.

I live in the Tri-Cities but I think i want to take my real estate investing career into Portland, Oregon. I will do more than just flip houses but this is how i want to start. I want to know how to find a good agent. I found a agent in the tri cities but we are not meeting eye to eye. But since I decided I am going to Portland it wont matter anyway. I want to know more about hard money loans. The risks to that. What I need to look for in my first house flip. I want to hear success stories? Did anyone start with flipping and then go to something else? Help me out guys.

I am 20 years old and I want to get my first house flipping project. I'll be getting a hard money loan. At a young age what are some things i need to look out for?

I am sorta young. I am 20 years old but really want to get into real estate. I thought about building and selling homes but I really don't know where to get started, as far as how loans work, how the profit is. Is this not very profitable? Should I start somewhere else. I want to hear everyones opinions
