Hi my name is Joey Hernandez. I am working in San Marcos, TX at a company called CFan and I have been working there for 4 1/2 years. I am currently going to back to school for computer programming. I am a certified aerospace coating specialist and I only make 32k a year and I'm looking to get into real estate investing to quit my job and make more money for my family. I am 25 years old. I have a beautiful wife and 3 kids. I am really interested in getting started. I have no experience but I am really serious about learning. I am also looking to find a local mentor in the area to help get started. Thanks for yalls time and advice!:)
