I @Kari Gordon , thanks for reaching out,. I have put my plans on hold for couple months due to a drop in my credit score, i used my credit card a little to much during the past holiday seasons,. but i will surely get at you once i get it together and am ready ,. thanks once again

I’ve decided to start the new year with an old plan I failed to execute last year ,. So I’m very new to this and I’m hoping to find an agent that could show me the ropes and possibly get my feet though the door , I have found a couple properties I want to analyze and I’m kinda stuck there as to where to go after ,.. thanks for your time and happy new year to all ,.
