New to wholesaling could someone provide me with the answers to my question, I'm a wholesaler in the state of Illinois and the county of Kane.  My question is, Do you  need a title company to do your closing or title searches , if you are working wit a real estate lawyer? also can the real estate lawyer do the same functions of a title company.

Can anyone tell me how locate a Title Company or Lawyer  in Elgin, Il that works with Real Estate wholesaler investor and do double closing. I am working on putting my real estate  team together.
